Shipping & Returns

Within the US:
All orders within the continental US will be shipped via USPS Priority mail for a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00. All packages will be shipped with delivery confirmation included in this charge.

Outside the US:
Packages sent outside the US will now be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Expected date of arrival can vary up to fourteen days. Packages to Canada will be a flat rate of $8.00. Shipping to all other countries will be $13.00.


Returns & Exchanges:

We always want you to be satisfied. If you would like to make a return, simply contact us at orders@sknitches.com, within 7 days of receiving the package to make arrangements for an exchange or refund. All returned items must be in their original condition--- yarns that have been knit and re-wound cannot be returned. In the event of a refund, all monies will be refunded (minus shipping costs) upon receival of the return. If any merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, please contact us at orders@sknitches.com within 7 days of receival, and we will reimburse you for any shipping costs involved in returning the damaged merchandise, as well as send out replacement items at no additional charge. Please take care to ship all returns with some form of tracking so that we may complete the transaction smoothly.
